Just called and tried to refill my prescription over the phone and give them my new insurance card information (so that I didn’t have to wait an hour like always at CVS) and was told by two different people they couldn’t take the card information over the phone. I worked in a pharmacy for over 7 years and know that is a lie. I can read the information to them just as easy as they can see it. I do not appreciate being lied to and this is one of many issues I have had at several CVS locations. I will be transferring my prescription back to Walgreens now that my new insurance doesn’t require me to use CVS like my old did. Thank goodness!nAlso, I just called Walgreens to transfer my prescription and guess what? They took all of my insurance card information over the phone with no issues!!!

This location around 8pm starts to racially profile customers...I had a prescription for 30mLs of hydrocodone and they only gave me 20mLs...I asked why and he said that the bottle he put it in measurements are not accurate....so I asked how was I supposed to take the proper dosage if the measurements aren't correct...he paused for a long period...I told him I was filing a complaint
