Tom Stinnett's Campers Inn RV

Just picked up our Solitude 3950 S-Class this week. All the staff was great. Paul Cunningham, Jack Thompson and the delivery guy (don't remember his name) were all very helpful and took the time that needed to answer all our questions. Pricing was easy (great price btw) and quick along with a fair number on our trade-in. Paperwork and delivery were all done quick and on time. Thanks guys....great job!

A great team at Tom Stinnett's got me set up with a very gently used camper trailer, pop-up style. RV Matchmaker John Dennis was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and preferences. The fellow who taught me how to pop the tent up, with hanging door and all, was efficient, kind, and made it fun to learn a whole lot of details. Folks in the sales department helped me use the $50 gift certificate in just the right way, and Jaime, head of the service department, went above and beyond in offering helpful advice about how to get my camper safely on the road. All together, I highly recommended the whole team assembled on the Sunny Side of Louisville.

I am updating my review now that our service is complete. After the original review, I experienced a complete turnaround in service. The service manager diagnosed our RV that same day and contacted us with updates. Our assigned service agent contacted us regularly after that to continue to update me (sometimes several times a day) and communicate with my warranty company. While it was not perfect, it was much better and I'm thankful for their time and assistance. I'm leaving my original comments, but updating the stars to better reflect my overall experience.nnI am extremely displeased with my experience with this company so far and will not be using them again. I called several weeks ago and made an appointment for my RV to be serviced. I was originally told I could drop off at 8 a.m. on the day of my appointment. When I arrived they did not open until 8:30. I understand this was a simple miscommunication, however I did not receive an apology of any sort from the service department. It was not the best way to start a business relationship. I called the next day for an update on the service and was told it would not even be diagnosed until the following week! The appointment was only to drop off my RV not the appointment for service. I only chose this company because I was able to get an earlier service appointment. I would not have dropped off my RV if I had known that it was not a real appointment. I certainly will not make that same mistake again.

Our sales person Donna was great in providing us with different options to choose from since this was our first time buying. There was no pressure & she was well informed on all items. Provided us with details we would not have been aware of. Financing office was very straight forward and did not feel pressured into purchasing anything we would not have wanted. Upon final delivery we went through our travel trailer with Ray and he provided us with complete instructions on how to use everything while demonstrating each feature making sure we understood how they worked. Everyone was friendly and highly recommend them.
