I purchased my first Volkswagen from Volkswagen of Clarksville and had the absolute best experience. They got me the exact vehicle I wanted and made sure it fit my budget perfectly. I have purchased many vehicles before and this was by far the easiest, no pressure experience I have ever had. I love my new Cross Sport and am now a loyal VW of Clarksville customer!
I went here and walked around the lot for 30 minutes and two associates saw me. Neither one of them greeted me nor came back to ask me if I needed anything. Went and spoke to two sales managers in the same office and all they did was apologize. I wasn’t wanting anything free. Wanted them to know that I thought it was unacceptable that they have 7 salesman in the room and not one of them came to help. They didn’t say let us get you with someone. What it is it that you are looking for today? They said nothing but sorry and just let me walk right out the door. So I am going somewhere else to buy a car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I went in to look around not really knowing what I wanted I spoke with Harlow he was very nice and professional he took a lot of time with me and as it turned out he helped me find the perfect car.
