his is the worst car service experience I have had. I arrived at appointment time and it still took 30 minutes to drop off. Upon arrival, there were signs posted about all customers must wear face coverings, but not a single employee inside had a face covering. I was instructed to pull my car inside the shop. From there my keys were tanken an minimalist information. I asked the man if masks were worn inside the cars. He informed me that they did. I was left waiting out by my car. During that time I saw 2 service works inside cars without maks on. I then went back inside to ask if any more information was needed.nnThree hours after my appointment time when it was only scheduled for 2 hours, I called the dealership back for an update. It took 3 phone calls to actually get a hold of a person instead of a voicemail. From there I was informes they didnt have my car, transfered to another person who then said it might be there and then was put on hold for 20 minutes. A person connected again and said it was not done but couldnt give me an eta. After 25 minutes on hold the phone disconnected.nnI drive down to the dealship and speak to the service manager. He was not wearing a mask either. I explain my problems and after talking to him, my car was magically done. I'm suspicious that the service was then rushed and not completely correctly. When asked about workers in cars with masks, he did not deny it but offered to disinfectant my vehicle. That process took an additional 20 minutes.nnOverall, the service here is not what I expected from the dealership on a recall that is mandatory to correct. This is also not the level of safety percautions that I expect from a business during Covid 19. I am disappointed in my experience.

Previously I could not have imagined giving any car dealer a good review.nBut my experience here changes that outlook. When the exact year make and model of used car I was searching for showed up at Coyle Chevrolet I didn't even know where Coyle Chevrolet WAS. But the excellence of their online sales team of Alyssa and Katie made this experience a very good one. Despite the various difficulties we encountered, such as the car being missing on my first visit, then the keys going missing for two days, the warmth and kindness of Katie and Alyssa was exceeded only by their dedication to customer service. You can't judge sales people by what they do when a big sale is involved but when it's a small sale and they still go the extra mile that's dedication. So thanks to them I have the exact car I wanted!nThis would be a 5 star review except for one interesting detour. Throughout the sales process I was randomly interfered with by a bumble named Patrick. Who first told me the car was sold. Then that is wasn't for sale anyway. And then that the car had been sent to auction. Each of which was wrong. I assumed that this was some random incompetent hired for some sort of affirmative action for idiots program. Then I learned this guy is supposedly the internet sales manager.nSo Alyssa & Katie 5 Stars. Patrick 0 Stars.

I stopped by the Coyle Chevrolet dealership to scope out some trucks. After a few minutes a very nice gentlemen came out and assisted me. His name is Mark White. He asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for. I told him what I was looking for and he told me there are 3 vehicles that fit my wants/needs. So we walked over to and look at the 3 vehicles and he was very patient as I narrowed down the options to one. At that point I ask how soon we could appraise my trade and get the paperwork started. I was thinking it would be the following day because it's later in the day and it's also a holiday, but he tells me we can get started right now. I was very surprised/happy with how fast it all went. Mark was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, and fun to talk to. I'm glad he was the salesperson I was able to work with at Coyle.

My salesman was Ryan Weatherholt. He treated us fairly and gave us a good price. He worked with our budget and gave us the best option available. He did a great job following up and making sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend asking for him when going to purchase a vehicle.

Came in looking for a Jeep Patriot that I found online through coyle website. When the rep brought me the car. He stated that he did not feel confident in selling me that car. It was in there cars to auction and had check engine light on and check tire pressure light on. So he took my info and said he would try to find me something else. About a week later I came across some more money. So I called Mark back and said I have a little more to go with what I had. Mark looked into it and told me to come by and we could make something work. I gave him first chance to help me since he was so honest about the first car. I am very pleased and I am confident that I will work with him again in the future. Thanks Mark.
