They were great. Freddie was very helpful in finding a car. Had an issue in which we had to bring the new car back in exchange for another one, and the they worked with us on it and held true to their word. Other dealerships would not have done the same. Would very much recommend to friends/family.
You’ll never find a place more friendly when buying a car. They treat you like family... because they are family! Family owned for years, you feel welcome as soon as you enter the sales floor! What great customer service! We were very pleased with our salesman Scott who was extremely helpful and made the process so easy, especially with buying it out of state and registering it in Kentucky. They continued to go the extra mile even after the purchase. We appreciate the extra help with manager Jimmy who was also very accommodating.
I have never been to a car dealer where I found trust and fun in buying a car. Freddie Thrasher is amazing and funny! Was immediately approached by Scott and he quickly made us feel welcome and at ease! The process to buy my car was quick and easy, everyone working their hardest to get us the best deal. And as it was my first time doing this process they were really open and never got frustrated at the many questions I had.
