Anthony was awesome and worked with us to make sure we made the right decision. Was very patient and understanding when I kept going back and forth on what vehicles I wanted. The finances lady was very helpful with explaining everything. Wanna thank everyone because it was late and everyone in the building was hungry, including us. Thank you all once again. Made appointment to get new set of tires for my 2016 Camry. Car was delivered back to me ahead of time. Took advantage of a special tire sale price which was a good deal.nFeel I will be happy with my Yokohama tires which had a good rating by Consumer Reports. Always feel conformable in having my car serviced at this dealership.
Good attention to my car’s issue, but would appreciate being given the range of options up front when needing to buy new/replacement parts. The service rep offered to replace my tire with the same brand (not in stock) which was $35 more than the tires I ended up with (after I asked what other options I had) that were in stock. Also, I was told all 4 tires needed replacing due to low tread measurement, but the analysis I was given showed 2 of them were within the Good range. When I asked why he recommended replacing all 4, he explained that it was necessary due to my vehicle being 4 wheel drive, and rotating the tires might result in damage. More choices up front and education about why recommendations are being made is always better.
I was stuck in a lease on a vehicle that I really hated and really needed to get out of. I had done my research and seen a vehicle that I liked at Jeff Wyler so I went down there just to see my options and I ended up driving off in a new car. Chris Browning was the associate who had help me right from the get his personality made me feel very comfortable after I had been on edge about even walking into a dealership. We go to the vehicle that I wanted he covered all the basics and then we went to go crunch the numbers. Chris checked on me and kept me up to date on any update that was happening. He sat down with me laid out all my options and I really feel like he did what was best for me and my situation which I couldn’t have planned more perfectly. Chris made this car buying experience so easy and I am thankful to say I am out of my lease and bought my dream vehicle. The other associates kept me company and it was just a great atmosphere to be around while I was waiting for all the final paperwork. Chris made sure I was taken care of from as soon as I walked in until I left. Highly recommend!!!
I bought my 2020 Camry from Anthony and he was amazing! He worked with me and was very knowledgeable and confident about every vehicle I asked about. He worked with me for a week until I found “the one.” I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns before leaving and sat there as long as I needed him to so I could understand it all.
