The experience of buying a good used car at Carriage Ford was the best ever for us. The salesman was very attentive and helpful -- not pushy at all.nWe drove away the next day in a great car with low mileage and a price less than we had anticipated by checking the BlueBook value beforehand.nCarriage Ford is now my dealer.

My cd was stuck in my cd player on my mustang. I asked them if they could get tht cd out. They charged me $200 and then said they didn't fix stuck cd's. My control panel on the dash for the air conditioning and radio and all the rest stopped working altogether also at the same time as the stuck cd. They said I needed a new $650 radio and that the only way to get my a/c and other instruments working was to get the radio installed and then it would all work. I'm thinking what does the a/c button have to do with the radio? They said don't worry it will all work when you get the new radio. Well, I got the new radio installed which took almost six weeks to be delivered and guess what? The a/c still didn't work!! Oh now they said I'd have to order a different part to fix that and it would cost $300. In the meantime all this time of no a/c it was 90 degrees and my defrost was stuck on hot with high fan speed. I could have actually had my a/c fixed in less than a week if they had ordered to right part to begin with. What a bunch of idiots in that service department!!!!! I was able to settle with them for $700 instead of over $1000 but I was miserable for six weeks during this debacle. I would never go back there if you paid me.

Our salesperson Luke was very kind, made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy. Took the time to explain everything. Our family has bought vehicles there over the years. Would recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

I had a great experience with purchasing a 2020 Ford Escape at Carriage Ford! My salesperson was Guy Plummer, professional, personable, knowledgable and helpful, can’t say enough about him, makes me feel very comfortable and trusting! The finance area was fast and made the buying process so simple! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

If you go there to look at a car, ask for Uncle Phil and say that Trinity sent you. I have never had a better experience buying a car than I did at this lot. I told him what I wanted and he delivered with the perfect car. I had been to five or six other car lots that day and decided to go to this one before I called it off, and I should have went to this one first. Super nice and about as easy of a process as it could have been.
