Lovely, secluded lake. No traffic or other manmade noise (except an occasional airplane). We hear lots of woodpeckers and hope to see many when we hike tomorrow.
The fishing wasn't great. What we caught wasn't big. Nice quiet place though. And it was nice to set out in the pond with no one around.
Perfect place to decompress. No cell signal. Do spray yourself and your gear! Ticks were bad!
Peaceful! Didn't see another soul.
Back Roads to get here are great! Lake is secluded and serene.
