Easy, affordable and fast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes it's to busy but that says alot of good things.
I had my oil change done at Vavoline in Redmond. Service was decent. They attempted to sell me on a new battery which I did not need. That was a little annoying. My next oil change I decided to do myself and discovered that the oil filter was overtightened. It was on so tight that I couldn't even remove it with an oil filter wrench. I'm not sure if this is some kind of gimmick to get you to come back and have them change your filter for you but either way I will not be patronizing this business anymore. Lots of options for oil changes out there. Vavoline in Redmond OR is not a good choice.
Always a very friendly staff that's great with service and not pushy about the extras. Only negatives, cost might be just a tad bit high and they often have a line of cars waiting.
I was most impressed with how the employees all seem to care and want to make your meal the best they can. Food was great I really like this place and the people.
One of the better places around Deschutes county to get your oil changed you just about any other thing they can do for your vehicle I've never had a problem I'll keep going there as long as I'm able to
