Front desk representative who checked me in was very courteous.nAll tasks associated with my service were well addressed and I was promptly informed of any immediate service needs in future.nI believe just the battery in my car key also needed to be changed - looks like that was not addressed. However, overall great service.
Chris and Brandon were both very friendly and helpful.nChris was easy to talk to and makes you feel like you're just talking to another person, not a salesman. The soft approach was much appreciated. He was there through it all.nI was a little hard on Brandon (finance) at first, but he didn't let that shake him. he was very clear and upfront on everything. I usually expect an attempt to over upsell, but he kept it simple with options instead of pressure. he made it easy to follow. the loan was my son's and I was there to guide him. Brandon even worked a little extra and got my son a good deal.nThe atmosphere in the whole place was friendly. I will definitely keep this place as a first go to in the future.

The team at Carver is friendly and knowledgeable. Their service department is exceptional with a friendly staff that see’s to your needs as well as your vehicle’s needs. The sales team is great also. They make sure that you take all the test drives you want to make sure you get the vehicle you need. They'll sit down with you and discuss all the options available and give you all the current prices. I would suggest this place to everyone.
