My husband and I leased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from Bryce on 9/10/20. We liked the car so much, we decided to go back and purchase a pre-owned RAV4. I made another appointment with Bryce to come back and test drive a few vehicles. He did not pressure me to buy anything, listened to all of my concerns, and brought 2 different vehicles over for me to try out. I ended up purchasing a 2017 model, and really like it. Financing was quick and easy. Bryce, and the other wonderful employees made sure I wouldn't be paying more than I wanted to each month. I also got a good deal on my trade in. The only issue I've had was when I was driving the 2017 home, I noticed that the AC wasn't functioning properly. I called Carver on their next business day, and Rob, the Sales Manager, told me to bring it back in, and they will take a look, and also repair anything that needs repaired at no cost to us. That was such a relief since we had just spent about $40,000 dollars there the previous week. My service appointment hasn't happened yet, but I feel confident enough that they'll make this right with us that I can leave this review a little early. I highly recommend this dealership. We've always been treated with the utmost respect and kindness.

The service staff is professional and friendly. The general manager however does not like people with disabilities or those who exercise their rights. I highly recommend going elsewhere. They didn't act this way when I was making a purchase. I had go outside to get away from the harresment and avoid a physical confrontation. I'll be going to my old dealership where they understand what no means.

Came up there from Nashville Tennessee Very professional Nick my sales man has taken really good care of me financing went really smooth best experience dealing with a dealership if I trade again I will make the trip up there again awesome staff.

I bought a car and paid cash for a Toyota SUV Broc Schneider was the guy that I told me the car now I'm beginning when I was looking for a car they went out of their way to deal with what I had to go through to buy the car since then I've had to replace shocks struts brakes headlights turn signal switch tires rotors when I bought the car Brock told me that he would make sure that I got a key made for my alarm on the car well that was over a year ago and I'm still waiting on that key I appreciate what they did by going out of the way I need to buy this car but I will never buy another car from them with all the work I had to do to the car after I got it and I still have problems that I will not fix and I wonder if I ever get that key so if I was you I would buy a car off these people. Oh I definitely want to mention the pain. Get in the back of my SUV everytime it rain there is no seal on the back door so everytime it rains I get a pond in that little compartment in the back of my SUV thanks
