Bought a 2019 Mini from here. The next day my brakes and rotors start grinding. I take it to the Mini dealership. Mini informs me the front brakes have less than 1mm of pad and the rear ones around 3mm. I bring this up to the salesman I worked with. They agree to fix the issue but to my surprise they didnt. They turned the rotors and put the old 1mm brake pads back on. I now get to replace rotors and brakes out of my own pocket. 0/5 if i could.

Since its a authentic Honda dealer you are assured to get genuine honda OEM parts with pretty much quick service.nBut labour charges for very small jobs are too high to consider this place for service appointments.nMany small things which even a non-automative person can can do by watching ‘how to’ videos from internet they charge a big money which can be avoided and see if we can do it ourselves.nRest all good for major and critical jobs being done by honda certified technicians.

All of the people that I interacted with at Honda was absolutely fantastic and helpful. Codie was my primary contact and he was so patient with my million questions. Cindy was also fantastic to work with in the finance department. I would definitely return....but hopefully not for a long time ha.

Worked at a dealership before and have taken my other vehicles to dealerships in my home town and never had a problem sending it to service without an appointment . But since my 2019 honda started acting up I figured to walk in to try to see if they could check whats wrong with the car since I travel for the most part of my job and dont have time to make an appointment. Iguess if your vehicle is still under warranty they wont bother, they would of probably taken the car in if i was paying in cash to try to get the problem fixed. Bad service experience here.
