Jason at In tune has been the ONLY shop I will go to for my electronic/technical purchases. I have been a customer of his since he first started his business. Trustworthy and thorough. Something we don't see these days.... I recommend in-tune for all your service and installation needs.

We bought a car stereo system a couple of years ago here and I recently needed help with it. They were friendly and very helpful, got me going again in no time, and were wearing their masks. System is working great and we are happy customers!

Visited this shop in Redmond to get a quote for replacing an in-dash radio system. Was shocked that in the small enclosed shop, that none of the employees were wearing masks. While indoors, customers on the other hand were all wearing masks. We will not do business with a store that does not follow state mandates and does not respect their customers enough to protect them.

These guys are absolutely awesome!!! Not only do they have the knowledge of everything to do with audio and video but they back it up with quality customer service, unlike those other guys, they actually take the time to talk with you and explain things in a way that you can understand!! Their prices are the best around and you can be assured that whatever you have these guys work on, it will be done with professionalism and quality. Their wide variety of services is amazing, from car audio to boats and even your house or shop, these guys do it all and guaranteed it will be done right!! Huge thank you to jason, cam and jose!!
