Excellent customer service. The service dept. Did a great job installing a grill guard and hitch on my Xterra.nPrices were a little high but there is value in dealing with honest people.

Have purchased over 20 stereos throughout the past 7 years. Installed one and the head unit went bad. Drive unlimited emailed me back the next morning and offered a head unit at a good discounted price to address concern and help the dealer out even thought there was no warranty left.nThankyou for the assistance!!!

After having some issues with another remote start installer (car audio creations) I did some research on other places that installed them and found Drive Unlimited had many 5 star ratings so I thought I would stop by and chat with them. From the very get go they made me feel secure that they knew what they were doing so I made an appointment to have installed. After I dropped my truck off they asked if they could check for anything that might be out of wack from the other place who tried to install one at no charge. After 2 1/2 hrs I get a call saying my truck was ready. I couldn't believe it cause the other place took 2 days and couldn't get it right. When I went to pick up my truck sure enough there were bare wires among other things that weren't right. And as promised they fixed them at no charge. Now I have my remote start and am one ud83dude0a happy guy. Thank you Drive Unlimited for a job well done for this was a gift from my wife. I will recommend this place to anyone.
