If i could give them a zero stars i would. I set up a phone consultation and never received a call. The office staff didnt even call to tell me he got held up and set up a new appointment. This showed me they had zero respect for my time. I took off sat by the phone and wasted pay and time for them. I feel this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.nI bet they let their cases fall though the cracks just like they did my call.
