Kyle & Alan were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made what is typically a stressful process of purchasing a vehicle SO SIMPLE. They are direct & to the point. The whole team was exceptional. One who stood put was Kayla, the service associate that assisted me. She was professional, personable, educated about my vehicle and the answers she did not know, she researched to provide me the correct information. I bought the vehicle used and did not have a maintenance schedule, she researched it, expressed importance and emailed me the list. We live 1 hr away and will continue to service at Columbus Nissan.

We just bought a Nissan Rogue from Brandon G in Columbus without entering the building! We met Kayla, the service center manager, who was super friendly as well. Shout out to the manager, Kyle, who chose to make a point to come outside and speak with us personally. The entire team was courteous and respectful during this unprecedented time of Covid. It's a beautiful day and we picked out a beautiful ride with an awesome stereo system!

I enjoyed the service department and the time spent explaining things that the technician found and recommended. No pressure just advice! The only down side (which is why only a four star) is the dealership not being part of the one for one Nissan program. I hope in due time this dealership joins that program so I do not have to travel to Indianapolis for certain things for this program. Thank you Eric Miller for your help and will see you soon!
