Had a great experience at Ford of Columbus. Drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle I found online. Found sales very friendly and not high pressure. Once we decide to purchase the vehicle they were able to get it done quickly and provide an incredible interest rate. Being aware I had long drive back home they made sure to top of gas so I would not have to stop. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

Rodney was a great help and did everything he could to help us find a new car for my husband. They were extremely busy due to the after Thanksgiving sales; however, we were still able to get all the help and attention needed to make a well informed buying decision. Everyone we met was kind and informative, and we really appreciate Rodney’s help (especially with all of our questions). We look forward to coming back for our next car purchase. Thank you!

I am thankful with this amazing dealership Ford in Columbus, there are great fast and excellent. They know how to work with customer they more friendly people. I would recommend you if you are looking for vehicle they are the way to go.. I was amazed to see how fast they get me approved for vehicle. Friends and family if you are looking for vehicle I would more likely to recommend you to stop by the ford dealership in Columbus they have everything you needs so don’t wait! Rodney helped us get out of a car that was terrible for us and into a new one we absolutely love! Payments are right where we needed them. Whole process was fairly quick and everything laid out on the table. I respect the dealerships “no vulture zone” policy which made us feel more confident in trusting the process. They literally want you in the car meant for you, not one meant to break the bank. Should’ve went here for my dealings in the past. Will always go here in the future.

Very helpful service writer. Thanks Doug for the extra info on my issue and suggestion for scheduling future work to affect my work schedule less. Customer lounge was clean and spacious with free coffee. When the scheduled work was completed I was given a complete explanation of what was done, as well as, what needs to be done. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the service took longer than I expected for no more than what needed done.
