Super nice and very helpful with getting you a car..nhowever, they sold me a car with a faulty engine. So 5 months into owning it the entire engine needs replaced and now I have no car at all..nThe warranty does cover the engine replacement but only covers a rental car for so many days..nthe shop where it’s getting repaired doesn’t give loaners because of covid. The engine is back ordered because of covid as well. Had I not been sold a vehicle with a faulty engine to begin with I wouldn’t have these unfortunate circumstances. Not only do I get to keep making car payments on a car that doesn’t work nor do I even have now; I also get to pay for a rental out of my own pocket until the cars fixed and there’s no ETA in sight for the engine. This could be weeks out.nof course they were helpful with getting that off of their lot.nExtremely unsatisfied.

Awesome experience. Tyler was incredible to work with. I am super picky and had lots of questions, but he made me feel like he genuinely cared and wanted to me have exactly what I wanted. The process was so easy and he made the whole thing convenient to me. I highly recommend Columbus Car. Thanks Tyler, I love my new ride!

I highly recommend going to Columbus Car! Working with Tyler was great, they've got a lot of nice cars to check out. He got me into the new 2018 Honda I was wanting and did awesome with trading my old Honda in he's a great guy and their deals are great! I had a great experience here I got a good deal the people are friendly and good to work with, I will be a returning customer! ud83dude01
