Please repair your ice cream machine

Good restaurant. Good food. 3rd shift drive thru is slow though, expect to wait if you come there late at night or early in the morning. Also there ice cream machine is always down in the mornings. If I work 3rd shift, I'd like to get sundaes and shakes after work but unfortunately their machine is ALWAYS DOWN. The manager said it was because the machine goes into cleaning mode at 3am or around there, so why is it still not working at 8 or 9am?

Great food, fries came out hot and crispy and burger though plain was fantastic as well. Took longer than I would have liked to get through the order process, but once up to the payment window it was straight to the food window and on my way. Seems pretty busy so may want to watch what time you go.

During Covid times it's gross watching the person that is supposed to be keeping the drink station manned and sanitary doing the opposite keeps refilling their own cup and having mask off either talking or drinking while making customers drinks... whats the point of having it closed if the staff isn't gonna keep it more sanitary than the customers

Seems like I'm always missing something I ordered. If I'm not then it's cold or wrong. Rarely am I happy when I drive away from there
