I have been there for a few years now. Never had any issues. Got home from getting my order tonight. I’m missing an entire kids meal, and only have 1/2 of my bowl. But we have another bowl completely correct and another kids meal fine. Also have the sides for the kids meal we are missing. Pretty irritated that the order wasn’t correct for how much we pay for the food
Amazing food. Only downside was that the chips were colder than I remember and not as salty and they were skimpy on the sour cream. But still delicious
I don't honestly understand the hype behind this place. The food is bland and expensive and the staff are fine. But I don't recommend eating here if you're expecting real Mexican food. The food is way too salty; you'd be better off chugging salt from a shaker with the sodium content of Chipotle's food. I recommend dining at one of the many locally-owned Mexican eateries in Columbus, as they serve authentic, tasty Mexican cuisine. I'd honestly rather eat at Taco Bell than Chipotle: at least their fake Mexican food has the Doritos Locos Tacos running for them, as Chipotle's food is utterly insulting.
Love this place. They have a new girl Amber she rocks the job. Friendly and fast super sweet. Will come back because of her.
Good food as always, courteous to myself who choose to wear a mask and also respectful to those that didn't. I was lucky enough to find a free table despite most being reserve on account of Coronavirus. I feel safe because of that. Otherwise I would have ordered to go.
