I visited them because I wanted to see the selection of handguns today had available. I was really impressed because they had full display cases of almost any kind of firearm that was available. Staff at the counter was polite and knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Gosh I miss those days of sales reps being honest and sincere and focused on the needs of the customer. One of the sales reps took a personal connection with me, and we talked about common interests. I'll tell you that I'll definitely be back to shop some more at that location.
You get a warm welcome when you enter the store. Very helpful staff and they have a wide range of shoes, fitness clothes and more.
I went in and purchase a gun they told me I had to put it in layaway cuz they had to do a background check. I called several times to see what they had found out. In the meantime I was trying to get my permit from the state of Indiana. It took 3 months for me to get this. Dunhams put my gun back on the Shelf without even contacting me via email mail or phone they have all the info. after I had already paid $200 I only owed $50. They said that this was due to non activity on my account. I only owed 50 more dollars I could pay that when I went to pick up the gun. They never told me that that would happen. So now I have to wait for who-knows-how-long to get my money back and I'm not allowed to get my gun.
Employees very helpful and courteous store was neat and clean
