Very rude staff. Jenny is a disrespectful peach to deal with. The Pharmacy (Jennifer in particular) refused to fill a prescription that is refill as needed on a non-narcotic prescription to a veteran. I have video evidence of the mistreatment as the entire interaction was recorded and will be shared with all state and national media outlets.

Great pharmacy! Personnel are very, very nice!

My FedEx package was sitting at their shelf, was supposed to be handed over yesterday. Took it upon myself to drop it at FedEx location

Never have had any problems. Staff are nice and always friendly and helpful. This is always my go to pharmacy and I highly recommend it.

Went to walgreens on Beam Rd. Columbus IN Pharmacist John Phillips was rude yelling with a very loud voice from back of pharmacy to where I was standing at checkout giving all my husbands personal information regarding his prescriptions in a very hateful manner loud enough that all other customers could easily hear aisles away. When I asked that he lower his voice or discontinue further conversation and asked to speak to store manager his then began to get belligerant saying he wasnt going to fill any of our prescriptions which by the way I wasnt even asking for . I was only trying to get information about what was prescribed. I then ask again for store manager which he refused to give me the name I also asked for corporate number which he refused as well finally one of the techs spoke up and gave the information. I jave been a loyal customer for over 30 years and I will be now taking my business elsewhere immediately
