They used to be great. Not anymore! Service has declined a lot over the last 3 years and they are no longer the personal community bank they claim to be. I gave 2 stars for the helpful employees they do have and because they used to be good. -3 for employees that are rude, unhelpful and for so many fees they charge without disclosing, holds on direct deposit paychecks and freezing debit card use when there is a positive balance. They are really hard to get ahold of and then cannot answer my questions when I do actually reach someone and have to call me back. They try once and then if I am not available that's it.

I submitted for a mortgage loan online. Matt Mitchell called me back within an hour. I sent him copies of a hard pull from another competitor and what they were offering. He told me he could beat it by 3/4 of a point. He guaranteed it. His exact words “Rates change daily but I assure you we can easily get you a better rate even if they go up a little but if they go down, even better for you.” This was on Friday March 6th. Market falls and rate falls during Oil stock drop over the weekend.nnI went ahead with hard pull on Monday and the guy then offers me 1/4 points HIGHER than the competitor. Why would I bother with the hard pull just for you to try and offer me a higher rate when the market is at its all time lowest??????nnI will never recommend anyone to ever get any kind of loan or do any kind of business with such a shady place of business. Especially Matt Mitchell.

Your money is not your money here. Upon opening account protections were put in place. This bank doesn't honor what they have told me. They happily charge you fees upon fees disregarding reassurances. They do a terrible job of explaining options for what has happened. Happily taking fees.nMiserable experience at this bank. Time to move on!

If I had known there would be so many issues with what was promised, I’d have not come here. People are fantastic but system stinks. Promised new issues will be handled (updated) in April....we’ll see!!

YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE. They ACH'd money from my account to a strangers Capitol one account. I never use my accounts for any kind of shopping, they are only an auto loan account. The only actions are I make deposits and they debit my auto loan payment. They are refunding some of the money but since they have been giving away my money for months now they are not responsible for their actions. My loss, Dont make it yours
