Worst experience ever I was told by Solange Lora Which stated to be the branch manger that I wasn’t Able to withdraw money out of my account due to not being a customer of the branch for the amount that I requested. Chase doesn’t have a Set limit amount that can’t be withdrawal from any drive thru especially during this pandemic. I feel embarrassed and profiled from this lady. Recommend chase to take a closer look at there employees especially with everything happening in the world. Chase branch Maywood NJ lost a customer

I’ve wanted to give this place 5 stars rating since my husband and I were there. That was a couple of months ago, I’ve forgotten to write a review, not for the bank itself but for the representative who’s helped us. All I can say is that, it was the best customer service that my husband and I have encountered.
