What's happened to Boston market????? I used to love Boston Markets there quality has gone down

Just waited on line for 90 minutes outside in parking lot for a 1pm Thanksgiving dinner order which I placed 3 weeks ago. Tried calling customer service when first arrived and they said if I cancel they would still charge my card the 50% deposit! Finally at 2:30pm I was inside the store. Once inside there was absolutely no sense of urgency even with the line still around the building. Even though order placed on line they put it together right there? Nothing ready...Absolutely no sense of any type of system. Live and learn, This was a one shot deal for us! Food was average at best...

The staff was very efficient. I was taken care of promptly as I'm handicapped. The food was delicious and the price was great. I will return.
