I had shared my previous experience with them. They guaranteed it would not happen to us there. The lady was having personal issues which I understand. She should have passed them off to a colleague instead she forgot (which is what happened to us before). I called several times. Our taxes were not finished until October. I had prepped most of the information for her. I’m sure this is not a regular thing for this agency. I was just pretty upset with the CPA.. she told us she had colleagues that double checked so we didn’t have to worry about them forgetting about us. It happened anyway. I own a business and get that mistakes are made.

The team at Redmond Tax Minimizers have been our professional tax service for over 25 years. They handle both our business/Payroll and personal taxes. Unfortunately very sloppy work, costing us a lot of money in penalties and other fees from a result of needing to back track to fix many small details from the prior years when tax minimizers prepared our returns. Thankfully we have a good accountant now helping us navigate all the mistakes and questionable recommendations we were given by tax minimizers.
