Family Dollar

This place is a prime example of what u get when ppl are paid poorly....this is the rudest, lamest store I've been to in a while. They should just fire all the employees here and find some new ones that are less miserable. Was one young girl with glasses that was a cashier...she was nice at least. Her mother must've raised her properly. They sell stuff here too ud83eudd23

This is the worst Family Dollar store I have ever been in. The store manager is rude and very unprofessional with her approach to Customers. The store is a complete mess with boxes and crates lined up to the aisles of the store. You can't even get to the items you want to purchase. I think the store manager and staff needs to be retrained in Customer Service and how to deal with an irate Customer, not tell the Customer you can't shop there anymore and decline their purchase. That approach is causing the store to lose money. I will never shop in this store again in Belleville or refer other's to shop there. I give this store a rating of 1 and a thumbs down.

New management is very rude. Follow everyone around the store like they are thieves. I’ve been goingnto the store doe years. Things have changed. I’m a teacher not a thief.
