First time to this establishment. Didn’t know it was a food truck but got super excited when I saw that it was. Had the herbs and garden greens salad and the margarita pizza. I have been eating good pizza for 62 years. Rarely do I rave for 2 days about how fantastic this was. The crust was crisp to perfection. It was very light and airy. Not cracker crunchy but could stand up to gravity. The cheese was excellent perfectly dry but at the same time moist. But the best was the sauce. Best this side of Hoboken.
This is the best pizza in Central Oregon, by far. If you haven't had sourdough crust pizza, please treat yourself! The taste is divine, and you will be amazed how much easier it is for your body to digest. Throw in their emphasis on sourcing fresh, local ingredients and they've frankly ruined normal pizza for me.nnDanny and the team are warm, friendly people who you should definitely say hi to.
The absolute best pizza ever!! The Elote roasted street corn completely stole the show though! Never had a more delicious appetizer!
Wow! Pizza was so good! And it came out faster than the tacos we ordered too. Delicious!
Yummy pizza but the dough could be cooked a like longer so not as floppy when you go to pick it up for a bite.
