Punto Paisa Piqueteadero Colombian Restaurant

My review is based on the service and not the food. My husband ordered a chicken in mushroom sauce. Once eating it he realized it had pork. Before returning the dish I looked at the menu to see if we had missed mention of pork in the dish which we had not. This is not the first time this happens at a restaurant, usually restaurants profusely apologize for not mentioning it especially since we do not eat pork due to religious reasons. Once the bill arrived, I noticed they charged the dish in full. If they had charged half I would have been ok with it considering my husband ate the sides. Once I approached the waitress, she proceeded to argue with me and then another female joined her in arguing with me. I was told it would not be removed because I should have asked. I ordered chicken not pork! 2 ladies continued telling me I should have asked to which I responded you should have mentioned it. I am Colombian and I understand many dishes carry pork like tamales or the beans but never in my life have I seen pork in a mushroom sauce. After mentioning I would not tip the female charged me half of the dish. Never in my life have I had a restaurant attempt to charge me for a mistake they made. Needless to say terrible service.

I ordered take-out Carne assada. A little overpriced, but the food tasted good.nFor the brief time in the store, the interior was cheerful & interesting. Staff was friendly. Definitely will go back to try some different foods.

I shared the picado paisa for 2 and had an arepa with cheese. The workers were very nice but the food i had was all just okay. Everything I had tasted pretty bland but maybe it was just an off night. I'd be willing to go again though and try something different

Very good items like buñuelos, empanadas, colombiano coffee, fresh made juices.... And very good low prices,a also service is wonderful.

Went for breakfast and this places has great taste. They have authentic colombian flavors and a home like atmosphere.
