Boston Market

Went today to order a family meal, which has the option of 2 full chickens, turkey breast or meatloaf. The employee never asked me what option I wanted. When it was time to pay for my food I noticed she placed 2 full chickens and I politely asked if it was possible to have meatloaf instead. The employee said she had already cut the 2 full chickens. I told her, I was never asked what I wanted in the beginning. The cashier was polite enough to change one of my full chickens to meatloaf. WILL NOT be returning to this place ever again. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ordered pickup for a family meal. The food was so gross I asked for a refund which they honored as long as I return the food. No problem. I did not touch a thing.nnI should have known as the place looks absolutely filthy. The owners should be ashamed and Boston Market should investigate the standards of this restaurant. I can’t believe this is an actual Boston Market or a place that should be serving food.

Everything was great for the Thanksgiving meal I brought home. The owner was working today and what a super nice guy. A+

You lost a regular custom today. The chicken I had was cold, the mashed potatoes and gravy were lumpy, like they were leftovers from Thanksgiving. To make things worse I was interrupted in the middle of eating lunch to be told they aren't allowing dining in. I could understand if that was a state requirement because of COVID restrictions, but that isn't the case. I can also understand if a restaurant is making changes to their own requirements, but if that is the case you need to post something telling customers you have takeout only. I threw out the rest of my cold chicken and went on my way

We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!
