The Original Empanada Factory

The guy behind the counter is real cool and awesome customer service. There was a girl in the back yelling at him for nothing and then asked why the customer walked out. It was her fault because she made the environment so uncomfortable for yelling at the guy for no reason and then tried to blame him for the customer walking out! This was clearly her fault. She should not be yelling at anyone while customers are there. Empanadas are good though! Very good. Two stars for the girl.

Today was my first time trying this place out. The empanadas were amazing! What makes the experience even better was the warm and very friendly customer service. A place can serve great food but if the customer service is not there, chances are, I wont go back. This place is the perfect little spot for a quick bite and I will absolutely be going back soon!

Awful experience!!!! I love this places coffee. But today I could not even get service. The employee was too busy on her phone after I repeatedly said excuse me and waited 15 minutes to be served as the only customer in the place. I ended up leaving without getting any service at all. After calling to discuss the issue she flipped out and hung up the phone. Horrible employee and horrible service. What a shame..
