Gino's Pizza & Ristorante

I used to love this place. What Happened? I ordered pasta vodka. But i got something i can't describe. I ordered pizza and it wasn't even cut. I think you desperately need new cooks in the kitchen as the ones you have now are without knowledge or skills. Please pay attention to your products leaving your kitchen. You are killing your business. UPDATE: i ordered a pizza today half ground beef and half mushroom. What i got was horrible.

I loved the experience I had here, it was very classy and nice. I was treated well and got an amazing gluten free pizza, and a slice of new Yorks finest pepperoni. I seen quite a few negative reviews but in my experience this a very genuine establishment. I highly recommend

I called ahead and ordered 3 medium pizzas, the person who picked up the phone even repeated the order back to me. When I got there I ended up with 2 medium pizzas and a small. They charged me for that and it wasn't until I got in my car that I realized, I paid for an incorrect order. I went back and made sure to let them know. Now I've only ever heard great things about the pizza at Gino's, but there's a saying that if the quality is good, the customer service isn't. I quickly noticed how busy they are and how often they need to attend to other matters. I noticed the 3 young women taking orders were trying to juggle multiple things at once. But any quality person who understands that good things take time, is willing to spend it. Thankfully they made KIM aware of the issue and she was so kind & sweet to me, that I couldn't help but remain calm even though I ended up waiting an extra 18 minutes for just 3 slices of freshly made cheese pizza. SHE CARES. The wait time was pretty ridiculous. Enough to make anyone mad. And if it wasn't for her I would've been furious giving this place 1 star. No one should have to be on your back for you to do your job correctly, take pride in the work you do. But it was Kim choosing to give me her patience and sweetness during busy hours that made me smile. The 18 minutes spent let me quickly see the work dynamic. I hope the next time the young women taking orders learn to take there time when doing so because it'll end up saving them more time in the future. Dont just repeat the order back, write it down and then read it back. Make sure the order is in before you hang up the phone, then forget about it. The manager spent too much time talking to friends even though 4 people walked in after me at the same time. That made the waitresses job even harder. One of the chefs had to call her to get her to start working again. Because of those slight inconsistencies thats what makes busy time, more hectic. If she truly cares about the business not just existing, but flourishing, she'll pay more attention to things like that. Make it easier for them to allow them to do their job correctly. Because it starts from the the top. I saw 2 more orders get mistaken in the time that I was there. Its very easy to forget something when doing multiple things. But just spending a little quality time will definitely solve those small issues. I hope the next time I go I'll have a better experience so I can give this place the 5 stars I want to give it. Thanks again Kim, you're amazing. 5 star person and 5 star pizza.

We ordered a veggie pizza which their website claims to have mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onion and olives but we got one with spinach and broccoli and they haven't told us that they changed our order. It wasn't bad just disappointed it wasn't what we ordered

Gino's has always had great food, best pizza around, and friendly, efficient service. Best pizza!
