Very, good selection and prices (bags, luggage, clothing, shoes). First quality, a year or two behind the retail stores. Lots of sizes (except for shoes). The women’s dresses are works of art. They have no public bathroom which is super annoying when you make this store a destination from NYC. My impression is the staff is on commission, similar to traditional stores. Prices are 30 to 60 percent off retail and they have a clearance section too. If you like this brand and are not expecting everything for $35, you will be very pleased.

I’ve been calling and have been on hold for an hour. It’s about a return of an item since my wife bought a pair of shoes online for me which is one size higher. Same with other stores, either nobody answers or it will put you straight to hold. Do they even have customer service open right now?

Love this place, it's an authentic Gucci store, I got some staffs there, they have shoes, bags, belts, clothes, everything for half price. The only thing, there's no box for the bags, only a paper bag.

The phones are disconnected so nobody calls what a joke can’t to report this to corporate
