Your Store

We are from NC and spent the week in Oregon. We loved shopping at this store. Love my Oregon sweatshirt.

You have 6+ customers in the building and tell me your closed when I walk in to pick out a tie dye sweater. I would have been done picking mine out by the time you had rang up your other customers and you would have made another sale. Now I will never be shopping at your store and telling all friends and family to avoid your business as well.nThank you for ruining my day.

This one lady (who looked like she was on meth or some sort of drug), who worked there, aggressively cornered us and told us to leave the store because we had drinks in our hand. Even the store never had a sign that said no drinks and never had a place to put the drinks even if we wanted to shop. If there was a zero star, I would give one.

This was a wonderful place with wonderful staff that helped us and was patient with my inpatient family, they have good hoody’s and they are very comfy and they are for a good price

We were in Sister for my sisters wedding the week of June 28-30. We shopped, 2 times in your store. I bought a beautiful ice blue 1/4 zip pull-over and some souvenirs for family. Upon my return home (to Buffalo, NY) my 8 month old puppy decided that this particular sweatshirt was especially delicious! He chewed the zipper off, ate away at the zipper area and chewed a huge hole on the back near the shoulder! Boy was I mad! The wedding was a destination and no one lived near. After looking in my credit card receipts - we located the name of this store and made a call. You graciously offered to ship me a replacement shirt. I am happy to inform you that it has arrived and it looks great! I have it in the drawer, as it is 90 degrees right now, so that the puppy cannot get at it again.nYour staff was kind and friendly when we were in the store and exceptional in taking care of the situation in repurchasing and shipping the replacement.nThank you.
