All the staff were really nice and talented. Good price and amazing hair!!! Definitely recommend! Will come back again.

I am really not satisfied with my hair. I am so upset right now. I asked for a perm to give volume and give curls at the end of my hair. However, my turn did not turn out different from how it originally was, no curls, just bushier and messier than before. I would honestly give this place no stars so upset

They told us an exact price. It was going to about $95 in total. At the end, they asked us for tip. This is unacceptable, we left upset because they wanted 20% and they explained it was for the shampoo, etc. Her explanation didn't made sense, that should be already paid with the $95 and not tip. Tip is if they give a good customer service which I feel they didn't deserve it. They look so serious. Thus, I feel they should tell you at the beginning. More importantly, I saw more customers come in and they didn't gave tip. I feel this is more racist because all of them were Korean. If you are non-korean expect to give them tip.

I'm a regular customer and there's never been a problem for meud83dude00nToday I got my hair cut and I'm always satisfied when I come here!nI wanted a layered hair cut and got my hair cut just like the picture I showed~nThe staff is always nice and especially the owner is really nice!nThank you Salon 9 for your dedication and hard work!nnThey have sanitized and partitioned each station since COVID-19 and they also use disposable gowns for each customer.nThe place is spic and span! They did a really good job of doing COVID-19 precautions!nI tried to write another review but it's hard so decided to edit the existing review.
