WIND Wellness Center

Wind is an extraordinary yoga studio with instructors who are truly exemplar in their field. The instructors at Wind are kind, patient, and extremely supportive. Some of the classes here are more than just physical strengthening. They allow you to challenge yourself physically as well as mentally. This mental aspect is something I’ve never experienced before in any other type of class. I have conquered so many fears that I didn’t even know I had by trying some of these physically demanding positions. I love when the teachers cheer people on as they attempt something new, making everyone feel comfortable and motivated. Being able to see and feel how much progress my body has made in such a short amount of time is amazing. Every time I leave, I leave feeling truly proud of myself. I have this sense of accomplishment that I have never felt after any other class that I’ve taken elsewhere. Joining Wind has been by far one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Beautiful space!! It's so pretty inside and in such a convenient location. Full disclosure I teach some classes here, but really it's an awesome space with really wonderful owners! Super down to earth normal people. And the community of students are fun and kind. I love it!

I was so happy to find Wind after moving to the area. I was already an avid yoga-goer but was excited to find a place that offered both traditional yoga and aerial yoga, which has quickly become a favorite. I really appreciate the community at wind. Everyone I've encountered has been nothing but friendly and encouraging - that's including both staff and students.

Awesome studio with great instructors. WIND doesn't have the same pretentious vibe that a lot of Bergen County studios have. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging of each other. Both the traditional and aerial yoga classes are fun and challenging. So glad I found this place.

Absolutely love this place! I have been waiting for them to open and finally got to go today! It’s so clean & the staff was super helpful! I’m injured and they took good care to modify my positions. Looking forward to attending a retreat!!!!
