I am so happy to be back at OTF. The front desk and trainers are all so great. They have really done an amazing job keeping everything clean and the people socially distanced.

Love OTF of Montvale! Have been coming since May of 2019 and have lost 70 pounds since. All of the coaches here are wonderful. They are encouraging, motivating and always there for you. Don’t think I’ll ever go to another gym!

Love OTF in Montvale. The coaches make a point to get to know you. Feel safe coming since we are distanced from others and are constantly wiping down the equipment.
