Tammy gave me literally the massage I've been looking for! I get a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders and she did things to me no one has ever done. I haven't been able to move my neck this freely in many years. Before she began she took the time to explain everything I would be experiencing and why. Highly recommend!nnThe lovely ladies at Original Essence absolutely blew me away with their guided meditation and yoga classes this week!nnErin gracefully led the guided meditation. We started with a simple yet extremely effective stretch accompanied by blissful zen music. Once the meditation commenced, Erin’s soft caring voice effortlessly transported to realm of inner peace and relaxation. The hour long exercise felt like 15 minutes thanks to the trance like state she had me in. I came out of this state and back into reality with a quieted mind and a heart at ease. I felt brand new.nnI was graced by Becky’s instruction for the yoga class. This was my first ever yoga class and it blew away all expectations I had for what yoga was or could be. Her eve steady voice kept me locked into the exercise. It was actually harder and more rewarding that I had thought it would be. She showed me things I didn’t know I could do.nnThe class sizes are kept small to insure the instructions can give personal attention to the participants and it makes a a huge difference.nnOver all had an amazing, refreshing, experience both times I went.

Tammy's touch is so soft and gentle and makes my muscle smooth like butter. I nearly almost started snoring! After being extremely stressed, i left so relaxed and finally got a good night's rest. Her technique is so unique and very effective.

Amazing and knowledgeable. Very in-tune with the body and knows where to address without you even saying, due to her training as a nurse as well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
