I waited all week for this food truck. They put up a notice in my Apt Complex that BRO RITA'S was going to be at Vermela West in Kearny. I was excited because I done my research and impressed that it was black owned and operated. So of course I made it my point to support. Especially with whats going on now all businesses need support. But to say the least the customer service that I received from one of the owners was unbelievable. How do you tell a customer that waited over an hour for there food that you don't time for this today. When I only asked for ETA of my order status. He turns to the young lady that was working with him and say handle this.. Anyway my food was done it was cold and not prepared correctly. i have to admit cold and all the food was good.. Im extremely disappointed in the customer service I received after weeks of waiting to support.

The food is delicious, I ordered a chicken burrito on palisades pools, it has a good spicy flavor. They are slow when they prepare the food so the waiting lines are long. But the food is pretty good.
