La Casa Del Buen Sabor

It was the first time I had food from La Casa Del Buen Sabor and although it took a while for it to arrive (it took around an hour)... but it's quite understandable because we ordered a lot of food. The portions were pretty generous. And the food was a little bland... however! I see this as a plus on my side because there are people in my family that need low sodium and the fact it wasn't salty made it easier to customize it to our own liking. So I do say thank you for that. The food was delicious. And I actually look forward to ordering from this place again in the future!

Good food, beef empanada with spicey green sauce is my favorite quick bite to buy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HEREnnWe ordered on 08/23 at 8:43 AM. We’ve ordered from here in the past and never had a problem. At 9:22 AM we received a text saying the food was delivered. We contacted the restaurant as well as texted the number back with our address to confirm they left it at the right location. No response from the number. We then contacted the restaurant to which they told us the food was delivered. We explained to them the driver must have made a mistake because the food was never brought to our apartment. The male and female of whom we spoke to proceeded to call my Fiancé and I liars and scammers. We tried to explain to them we’ve ordered in the past and were loyal customers and that he must have left it at the wrong address. They then accused our neighbors of stealing our food, ridiculous. They continued to raise their voice, speak over us, and then hung up on us. They repeatedly said we were lying about the entire situation. I have already notified our apartment complex of the situation and requested NO ONE order from this unprofessional establishment. We will be filing a formal complaint with Grubhub. I’ve never been spoken to by an individual the way these employees spoke to us, calling us liars, scammers and accusing us of making up this whole thing. We also asked for a refund, to which they told us no. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the headache, stay away.
