We will definitely order from this restaurant again!! Thank you for a great dine-from-home meal experience during this pandemic, otherwise we’d dine at the restaurant.nnThe quality of the ingredients and delivery was outstanding. Minor areas for improvement.nnI ordered take-out today over the phone since I wasn’t able to do so over several food delivery app services.nnTurns out there is a recent change in ownership. The restaurant was previously know as Bohemia Resturant. Now this spot is call the Sara & Sophia Restaurant.nnThe menu and prices remained the same. There is a $1 fee for credit card transactions.nnI HIGHLY recommend the ceviche verde entree. There are generous pieces of avocado (felt like they used 1 whole medium sz avocado), cubed pieces of fish (bursting with flavor), octopus, squid, and jumbo shrimps.nLots of red onion and sour lime/lemon sauce!! Please keep making this dish with this recipe!! Amazing!nThe only downside is that the plantain chips were soggy and soft by the time the food was delivered. The chips were packaged in an separate container, but Maybe they can pack the chips last and pierce a hole in the container to avoid condensation.nnMy husband ordered the breaded avocado salad. The bread chicken could be crispier. The dressing was runny. He definitely got more Chicken than salad, which is okay by him for being a bigger eater. But it was still delicious overall and he would order that again.nnThe side of sweet plantains could be cooked longer for softness and with some sugar for sweetness. I have to mention that these plantains were cut very neatly! All the details make a difference.nnBoth entrees are packed in lidded plastic container bowls. Portions were generous. I like how they didn’t include utensils since the food was delivered to us and we have silverware at home.nnI’ll post more pictures for our next order! We just didn’t except the food to be as delicious! I usually order the same ceviche dish, so it just didn’t occur to me that the food would be any different from the previous management. So obviously taking photos wasn’t a priority. :/
