Terrible. Buns were very old and stale, dry. Meat was cold. Cheese not melted. We waited for service, too. The guy at the window so soft spoken, couldn't hear him. Absolutely awful. 0/10. We won't be back. Staff was rude to each other while we waited.... bad experience over all.

So I decided to get some lunch at this Burger King. I went through the drive through and ordered a ten piece chicken nuggets and a small fries. I go to the window and they hand me a bag with a small sprite. I wonder to myself why they handed me a small drink and figured that it was some kind of courtesy. Later I look in my bag, and there is no fries in there. I go back to the window and an older woman with black hair who calls herself Christina is there. I try tell her what happened, and she tells me that I don't get a refund or exchange, even after I offer to give the soda back. I then tell her that if she doesn't give me a refund or exchange, that I will tell the police what happened. She then throughs a bag of fries at me and tells me not to come back. Well I won't be which is a shame because I have always liked Burger Kind and am a regular costomer.

What is it called when you pay someone for a product or service then they dont give you the product or service you paid for already? Seems to happen quite frequently in this town. Happened here tonight. I'm running out of places here to eat because like this Burger King many dont care that they steal your money. It's a pain to ask for a refund so most dont bother. Once here and there is bound to happen but I call it quits on any establishment that gives subpar services multiple times. I have gotten very stale food more than once here but when you can't even bother to give me what you charged me for I'm done.

Literally could give 0 stars Jenny is the rudest person ive ever dealt with in a fast food line burger king should be ashamed. They messed are order up and wouldnt give what was paid for said we needed to call it in.she said to bad wanna buy it again. Then yelled at us to get out off the drive thru. never coming back
