Small restaurant.. lots of staff. Slow service. Bf ordered bowl of chowder. Chowder was okay.. I ordered a chicken ceaser salad. Came out with No dressing. Asked for it to be dressed. After 10 min. I had to ask for the manager to see were my salad was. One of the other girls ran off to see if it was ready... 3 min later. And after my BF had finished his meal my salad arrived.. via manager.. who was really apologetic. He did say that, he would take care of it. (Meaning taking it off the bill) Our server was obviously New..
Had a new waitstaff in training. GF chicken caesar salad was served undressed sent back to be tossed with dressing. I finished my dinner when GF salad returned. Manager was very professional and understanding.
Very conveniently located inside The Mill casino. I ordered a chicken salad melt with a side salad to go and the service was polite and the food arrived promptly. The chicken salad was plentiful and had enough mayo for me - this may be a turnoff for some but I hate dry sandwiches - and the bread was grilled to a color that was also perfect for me (some may consider it too light). The salad was a good size and had cucumbers and tomato but the lettuce was iceberg starting to rust hence the 4 instead of 5 star review. All in all a solid choice if you’re looking for a decent meal close to the casino.
Went for breakfast, waited over an hour to get the food which was very cold at this time. Worst experience ever. Waste of money. We had a little kid with us...he didn't even took a bite of his food.
We called ahead to make sure they had room they did. We got there and it took almost 20 minutes before anyone coming to the table that's after I finally got up twice to ask staff of we could have water and a menu. The restaurant was mostly empty at the time as well. Finally I asked for a manager. They still didn't manage to keep the water full and it took over an hour for the food. All that said the food was spot on and excellent. The service was dreadful and we will not return nor do we recommend it due to service even after asking manager for help.
