The salon has different prices for the different levels of hair dressers. I made my appointment for a basic root touch up and glaze with an apprentice. After I arrived for my 6pm appointment and after waiting several minutes of waiting I found out that my hairdresser wasn’t told about my appointment and therefore not at work. A master stylist was available and was willing to do my hair at a slight reduction of a master stylist price which was still much more than my original apprentice price.nnI asked if the salon would match the price, as it was the salons error, and was rudely told no. I decided to leave because I didn’t appreciate the bait-and-switch business practice.nnI called the salon the next day to speak with the owner about my experience. After the receptionist demanded to know why I was calling, I explained what happened the night before, and she said in sum and substance that since hairdressers are commission based the hairdresser wouldn’t lower her price and the salon wouldn’t match the difference. Once again I asked to speak to the manager and then hung up on me.nnNever once was there an apology. Never once was there any sort of help offered to deal with their mistake and incompetence.nnI have been to this salon once before and I would never ever go back.

Beginning to end my visits to your salon are always a warm, relaxing experience. I love the design of the salon and how it promotes a family atmosphere. I come a long way to see Brianna. I live in Tuxedo Park, NY, about 30-40 minutes away from you. I found you when I purchased a Groupon a few years ago because you had wonderful reviews online as well. Brianna is amazing... You're whole staff is great! I love getting my hair washed as I always receive a relaxing head massage. All the girls are sweet and easy to talk to. Always a pleasure to visit your salon!

I live in NYC and I came here to get a beautiful Haircut. INDEED, I received a AMAZING haircut all because of Stylist Michelle. Definitely will come here again!

I was hoping to finally find a salon in Jersey that I could count on for my hair extension needs but this one was not it. My stylist did not take me until over a half hour of waiting. Then I felt she wasn't confident with being able to blend and cut my extensions to my natural hair (some of the hair was uneven but thats when your expertise as an extension specialist should shine). And after i left the the salon two extensions remained loose so they were not attached properly. Granted I think she did the best she could but she didn't make me feel comfortable enough to warrant going back for future visits. They did offer me a free blowout because I was taken so late but I will most likely use that free service for one of my daughters since she has fine hair and that's the texture of hair the salon works with best.

I usually have a very hard time trusting someone to cut my hair but Heidi did such an amazing job! I love my hair so much! Glad I found somewhere I can trust!
