I love this store. Before Covid we used to go there a lot. I have found there the best selection of toys and clothes. Now I have ordered online from them and we didn't have any problems. Everything arrived within a few days. I really hope they can reopen their Ridgewood location in the future.

Save yourself the hassle. Placed an order for a full priced item using a welcome code for 10 percent off. Now I can only receive a store credit for my return, because it was “on sale”. What a scam! Wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing from the shop. Buyer beware, bad business practices.

Buyer Beware!nnI have been trying to get a refund on items returned March 11 to no avail. I have emailed customer service 4x. On April 10, she told me accounting had the request and it should be processed any day. Nothing. I emailed again on April 28, and on April 29 she told me it had been processed. On May 5 - I still have no refund. I certainly understand things are slower than normal now and we all need to make reasonable accommodations, but she is flat out lying to me - pushing me off and stealing my money. This is unacceptable customer service.

wow, what a terrible experience. I ordered some sale items back on March 1st. TODAY I finally got shipping notifications after two contact attempts over the past two weeks, in which I was told they were shipping a week ago. Isn't it incredible how there's suddenly a printed label immediately upon my asking for a refund? then, I received an email after the shipping notifications that 2 of the 4 items were sold out. therefore the two things left in stock were mismatched prints. all I want is the refund I asked for and to take my business to a company that doesn't take 2 weeks to fulfill an order and literally screw me out of my items in the end. what am I going to do with pants that don't have a matching shirt? I shouldn't have to hunt down my order and find out it's sold out because they likely fulfilled orders that came in after mine. what a joke. 0 stars.

Canadian Order - We Ordered November 7th- Items arrived December 5th. After a long wait and no contact, until I reached out, we have finally received our package. This order was way overvalued on the shipping and when delivered we were hit with a large duty amount. I am so disappointed about how this order processed. I also had items delivered inside the USA from your shop without delays or hassle. I ordered the items so long ago and have watched them go on one sale after another while we waited for our full price order with summer clothes. We paid 22 USD shipping and then were hit with a 55.28USD dollar duty fee as Little Skye inflated costs at time of shipping. The ordert came in an old taped ratty box, heavier than the items inside. If you were unable to seamlessly complete an international order I suppose you should not have taken one! Please take me off your email list.
