I am a Master in Taekwondo. I run and operate my own school- at which we don't even have this color belt in our system. After explaining that, taking pics for emails and waiting days for a response. They finally contact me saying they will not only exchange the belt but will also not be refunding my money. Thieves.

Terrible business practices. Made constant errors on orders and always had excuses as to why without correcting mistakes. Store is unorganized and dirty and prices are expensive for such low quality equipment.
