READ!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!nSo my family bought a Red Jeep Liberty 2010 to surprise my mom for her birthday. Everyone was really nice, process was really smooth, and this car was super important to my family and I. One of our cars got stolen, one caught a fire, and the other is broken down. We only had 1 car and all 4 of us had to go to work, so that adds on the importance of whatever car we selected. Now, we buy the Red Jeep Liberty, it ends up having a ton of issues so I drive back with my sister 2 days later. The main man tells us that he never got to do a service check so he wasn’t aware that the car had issues they had just gotten it. Luckily, he has another Jeep Liberty and he allows us to trade. He tells me he got that one fully checked, there’s no issues. FALSE, less than 24 hours we realize the heat isn’t working great. I did have to return to the dealership to drop off the spare key for the Red Jeep Liberty. Now, I borrow my mothers car so I can go to work. While trying to just clean the car up a little, I open the passenger door to wipe it and I look down a see a huge orange puddle. I get down on the floor and see the car is leaking. I look at the meter and see the car is over heating. I immediately turn it off and open the hood, all the coolant leaked out. Mind you, the red Jeep Liberty had this as one of the issues, along with many others. I let the car cool down, I refill the coolant and continue working (delivery driver so I can’t afford a car breaking down on me). I drop off a delivery I come back to start the car, it’s so hot that it won’t even start properly. Now I’m stranded and can’t return to work after the guy told me there were no issues. I gave 2 starts because the guys were very nice and they allowed me to trade the car. I’m disappointed because he could’ve told me he didn’t get to check for issues in the red car yet and that’s why he was trying to sell me the black one. Either way still ended up having major issues and now I need to have this car towed and I’m losing money cause I can’t work. This really stressed out my mother and father. I don’t know how to post pictures on here or else I would. NOW these people do negotiate. They are paying to fix the car, giving us new tires, and letting us borrow a car until the car we bought from them is fixed. So although when it comes to informing about issues, sometimes there might be lack in that area BUT these people seem to care for the most part. So should you buy a car from here? Not a terrible idea BUT do your research on the car you want to buy and triple check for issues just so you can be prepared.

Bought a used 2008 Honda Accord about a year ago. The sales associates were friendly and attentive to my concerns. A year later and the car still rides well without any major maintenance problems. Thank you!

I recently purchased purchased a 2011 BMW 328i xdrive. Really not happy with the deal. I think I overpaid for that car 2 times over. That is my fault for not negotiating better. Besides that they lured me in the dealership advertising a car that wasn’t what they had. I was expecting to purchase a 2012 335 xdrive model bmw for the money I’m paying. After test driving the car the next day I show up with 5k and the details come out it’s not xdrive & it’s a 2010 so less features. Sad day. Now I’m stuck with a car I know I’m paying too much for. And the bank makes it hard to make payments on the principal without adding a random tax!

I bought my first car from here in September 2019. They are honest people and the car was reasonably priced. I met Khaled and Jay and they were very friendly and helpful. They are also very responsive. A month after the purchase, the car needed some minor work regarding wheel alignment which they covered the cost in full by the warranty they provided me at the time of purchase. I, 100%, recommend these guys!

I found my eventual car to be competitively priced and was impressed with Khaled’s customer service. My car came with a great warranty from 4 Seasons Auto Motors.
