Bad costumer service inside this branch. And in general the whole bank doesn’t Help with all the issues. Closing my accounts and changing to another bank.

Worse service ever. Every week i change my checks and today the manager didn't let me do it just because she didn't want. I have my credit car with well fargo and a business car and she said that i need and account to cash out my checks. So i need to get another account with them to be able to cash out my checks. I will never use this bank again.

The personal is very racist and judges the honesty of people based on their looks. Terrible people! all of them! Oh I forgot to add that I'm changing bank of course, and when I went to HR department in my company for a direct deposit form, the whole unit was complaining about it too; a shame because my vocompy has thousands of workers and that's our bank.
