Chase Bank

I usually go here for the ATM which I have no problem with.nnLast week we scheduled an online appt to open an account for me wife, they said they don't follow online appointments but we had to call. At this point we were on a waiting list for 1 more hour, no problem.nnThe lady then asked why we were there, we showed her whatever documents needed, as soon as one of our documents were considered invalid by protocol she seemed happy she found a reason to turn us away instead of guiding us courteously with what we need for next time we come back.nnTlde: lady that receives you has an attitude problem.

Very disappointed with the service at this branch, I’ve been banking with Chase for more than 20 years with multiple business and personal accounts, every time I visit this branch there’s always something different it seams that tellers tend to make their own rules and depending on how they are feeling they will provide you with the level of service that they think you deserve. Now I understand why there’s more machines than actual people taking care of customers. Make it convenient an user friendly for customers. Not recommended!!!

Bank is OK, but the tellers are rude at this branch. They act like they're doing customers favor.

I don't bank with Chase, but I need it to make a one single transaction. The service at the window is terrible, no courtesy nor politeness in the approach. Lady seems to have an attitude, like I was begging for money. I will never visit this branch again, thanks God I bank somewhere else!
