Public Storage

I was having a hard time finding a storage suitable for my needs, Dierdre was AMAZING and she was able to answer all the questions that I had. I don’t know what I would’ve done if it wasn’t for her input because even though they didn’t have the size that I needed at her location she informed me on the other public storage locations that would be a better fit for me.

One of the best experiences I have had with looking for a storage unit. Sidney was very professional and knowledgeable, she was very helpful in helping me find what I needed! Place was well maintained and clean. Truly wonderful experience!

Wasn't sure what to expect walking into Public Storage, as this was my first trip. Within moments, I was greeted by Sindey behind the desk and felt at home. Her tour was efficient, and she answered any/all questions I had on the unit. In addition to a clean facility, the staff is attentive! Highly recommend giving Sidney and the Hawthorne team a call if you are looking to get storage done, the right way.

If you're looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go! I had a few questions and concerns, especially with this pandemic going on, you can't ever be too safe. Sidney was extremely helpful and courteous, she answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend it and will let all my friends and family !

Can’t thank Sidney enough for all her help. Came running in desperately needing to get a second storage unit. She found one close to my other unit and even helped me save some money. She is truly an asset. Had me in an out of the office in no time. Look forward to to working with her again!
